You keep having the same fight over & over and can't figure out how to break the loop.

You handle conflict totally differently: one of you wants to hash it out immediately & the other wants to avoid it until it disappears.

One of you wants sex more than the other & you can’t figure out a middle ground.

You're in a queer relationship without the default blueprint straight couples get handed.

You want to catch the small stuff now instead of dealing with the big stuff later.

You're navigating jealousy in an open relationship & need a place to process it together

You're exploring ethical non-monogamy (ENM) & want a space to figure out what that would actually look like

Every Relationship Is Different… And So Are We!

Most couples therapy is built around one version of what a relationship "should" look like. That's not everyone's story, and forcing it usually does more harm than good.

We specialize in LGBTQ+ and queer couples therapy, because queer relationships navigate things without a default societally constructed script. Challenging gender norms, coming out at different paces, building a chosen family: you deserve a therapist who actually gets it.

We also work with polycules and people practicing ethical non-monogamy (ENM) or consensual non-monogamy (CNM), whether you've been doing this for years or you're just starting to explore what it means for your relationship.
