I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients, trauma (EMDR), OCD & Exposure Therapy, anxiety, attachment patterns, perfectionists, and more!

Sessions are always structured to meet you where you are that day. We’ll check in about your week & then get down to the real work. Some weeks we’re helping you cope with what’s coming up in your life right now, some weeks we’re processing deeper things from the past, & some sessions we’ll celebrate all the progress you’ve made.
You’ll always have the autonomy to decide what direction to take your session in. But if some days you don’t have anything to chat about, that’s perfectly fine! This actually can lead to some of the best sessions and breakthroughs!
